Role: Social Posting Coordinator (Japanese Speaker)Location: KL, Malaysia (Remote)The RoleAs a Coordinator, based remotely, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for company titles.Responsibilities will include:· You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute campaigns for the biggest global and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned title· You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaignsQualifications:· At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns· Has knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print, and out-of-home).· Is a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends· Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders.· Written and Verbal fluency in both English and JapaneseWhat else we need from you:· You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and leadership in the face of ambiguity.· A curious mind that can help us establish innovative ways of optimizing workflows· Native understanding of Japan markets combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the market through budget-agnostic ideas· Deep knowledge of pop culture, having invested thousands of hours consuming content.
