At Collektr, we are building one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting live-commerce and collectibles platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our growing team.

You will help keep our operations running smoothly through efficient coordination, communication, and process management. If you enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and issue resolution.
4. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement control measures to minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within operations and logistics.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and services meet company quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and establish contingency plans to minimize disruptions in supply chain and logistics operations.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze operational and logistics data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
10. Compliance: Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure full compliance in operations and logistics processes.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, inventory tools, and workflow systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Interest in startups, e-commerce, or the collectibles industry is an advantage.
