You will help keep our operations running smoothly through efficient coordination, communication, and process management. If you enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

<ins>Key Responsibilities </ins>1. Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services. 2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery of goods to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. 3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and issue resolution. 4. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement control measures to minimize stockouts or overstock situations. 5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within operations and logistics. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and services meet company quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and establish contingency plans to minimize disruptions in supply chain and logistics operations. 8. Data Analysis: Analyze operational and logistics data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support decision-making. 9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 10. Compliance: Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure full compliance in operations and logistics processes.
