Shipping & Logistics Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shipping Executive to manage our company's shipping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shipping process, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, and managing a team of shipping professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shipping process from start to finish, including coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers.
• Ensure shipments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of shipping professionals and provide guidance as needed.
• Develop, execute, and maintain shipping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Monitor shipping performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve shipping-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate or preferably 2 years of experience in shipping operations.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa & Mandarin is compulsory
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations and compliance requirements.
