Job Description

 

Jerry Coworking Space is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Executive. This employee will report directly to the Head of Sales. The position will be a remote one.

Your role will be primarily to assist with centre-related enquiries from existing guests for all Jerry locations as and when they are raised and ensure that existing guests receive their invoices in a timely manner. Occasionally, you will be requested to assist with the Jerry Sales team when required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with Jerry’s Inside Sales team to resolve guests’ issues effectively and timely, with a consistently professional and patient attitude. You will be expected to receive centre-related issues from Jerry’s Inside Sales team and resolve those issues with the relevant teams (e.g., Maintenance Team or external vendors). 
  2. Ensuring all existing guests receive their invoices for every payment cycle (typically monthly) once those invoices have been prepared by the Finance team. 
  3. Collection of rent from all existing guests at every payment cycle (typically monthly), and issue reminders to guests who have not yet paid their rent.
  4. When required, ensuring that non-paying guests are disallowed from gaining access to Jerry Coworking Space within prescribed timeframes. 
  5. Manage monthly applications for after-hour air-conditioning at a specific Jerry Coworking Space.
  6. When required, assist the Account Manager in preparing service agreements and proposals and the handover process to the Finance Team. 
  7. When required, assist Jerry’s Inside Sales team with the sale of non-residential inventories (meeting rooms, prepaid passes and miscellaneous purchases at Jerry). 
  8. Liaise with key stakeholders, landlords, vendors & building management to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. 

Job Requirements

  1. Strong service mindset with the ability to handle guest enquiries, complaints and operational issues calmly and professionally.
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills for dealing with guests, internal teams, landlords, vendors and building management.
  3. Strong follow-up discipline, particularly for recurring invoices, rental payments, reminders and unresolved guest matters.
  4. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage several routine tasks, deadlines and requests at the same time.
  5. Comfortable handling payment-related conversations with guests in a polite, firm and professional manner.
  6. Able to maintain accurate records and ensure actions such as reminders, access restrictions and service requests are properly followed through.
  7. Able to work independently on assigned responsibilities while escalating issues when support or approval is required.
  8. Comfortable using basic office software and digital systems for email, spreadsheets, records and routine administration.
  9. Previous experience in customer service, coworking, hospitality, administration or operations would be an advantage.
