<li>General HR responsibilities include prepare monthly payroll and submission of statutory payment (EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB &amp; HRD Levy) on time and accurately.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submission of Yearly Borang E &amp; EA.</li>
<li>Assist in staff recruitment and selection, HR Policies and procedures, training and development.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintaining and updating employee’s database timely and accurately.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Process employee’s expenses claim and leave application.</li>
<li>Monitor employees’ attendance.</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to employees on HR matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Issue cheque, upload payment via online banking and prepare bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Monitor and assist in resolving and administrative problems.</li>
<li>Maintain admin records and filing system.</li>
<li>Liaison with Auditor, Tax Agents, Bankers and Local Regulatory Authority bodies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.&nbsp;</li>
