Join Next Energy Sdn. Bhd. as an HR Executive and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's dynamic human resource initiatives. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading energy solutions provider.

What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals</li>
<li>Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity</li>
<li>Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives.</li>
