Our Vision

<li>To assist the Director of Marketing Communications in the daily administration and operation of the department.</li>
<li>To assist the Director of Marketing Communications in assembling information relating to meetings, reports, etc.</li>
<li>To handle all administrative duties including dictation, handling correspondences, taking minutes of meetings, tracing of files, etc.</li>
<li>To ensure effective and efficient filing systems are maintained at all times.</li>
<li>To implement courteous and professional telephone salutation in the department.</li>
<li>To assist in typing and compilation of reports, direct mail program and participate in various promotions.</li>
<li>To ensure that the hotel’s mailing lists are updated as and when necessary.</li>
<li>To establish close working relationship with other departments.</li>
<li>To respond to any changes in the departmental function as directed by the industry, company or hotel.</li>
