Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Operations and Finance departments in various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Financial Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Prepare bank reconciliations, manage full sets of accounts, and generate GL reporting.</li>
<li>Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and payroll processing.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with financial and payroll statutory requirements by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.</li>
</ul>
<li>Administrative Duties:</li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee general administrative tasks, including record-keeping and document management.</li>
<li>Support the department in daily operations, ensuring all administrative duties are performed efficiently.</li>
</ul>
<li>Compliance and Reporting:</li>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST, withholding tax, and other taxation requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare financial reports as needed and support audit processes.</li>
</ul>
<li>Software and Tools:</li>

<li>Utilize accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to manage and analyze financial data.</li>
