As an E-Commerce Assistant / Executive, you will support the team in managing our online stores across brand.com, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of e-commerce operations while contributing to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution
- Support and execute e-commerce growth strategies across brand.com, Shopee, Lazada, and emerging platforms.
- Identify platform-specific pain points (e.g. low Shopee conversion, high brand.com bounce rate) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with account managers from each platform to gain strategic support, unlock promotional opportunities, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Platform Operations Management
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, campaign execution, and on-site merchandising across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to roll out timely updates during mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12), product launches, and stock clearance events.
- Tailor product copy, visuals, and content structure for each platform to align with consumer expectations and local preferences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to improve user journeys and highlight key pain-point solving features, especially for higher-ticket items.
Customer Insight, Optimization & Performance Reporting
- Monitor and analyze platform data such as CTR, bounce rate, session duration, conversion rates, traffic sources, and AOV to understand user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify underperforming SKUs, landing pages, or product categories and improve them using A/B testing, enhanced USPs, visuals, and value propositions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to uncover pricing gaps, feature differences, and content weaknesses across platforms.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms, sharing actionable insights with management on a regular basis.
Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with the supply chain team to ensure stock readiness, order fulfilment accuracy, and smooth last-mile delivery across platforms.
- Troubleshoot logistics and delivery issues that may impact customer satisfaction and churn.
Platform Compliance & Policy Updates
- Stay informed about the latest platform rules, advertising tools, and policy changes on Shopee, Lazada, and brand.com.
- Ensure product listings, vouchers, and promotions comply with platform policies and local regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
- 1+ years of working experience in E-Commerce. Fresh graduates and those with internship experience in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and platforms, digital marketing techniques, and e-commerce supply chain management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
