"What would my job scope be?"
As an E-Commerce Intern with Corvan, you will support the e-commerce team in day-to-day operations, assist with customer service, and learn how online business works from the inside out.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in providing outstanding customer service by responding to sales enquiries mainly through chat and email, and phone calls when needed </li>
<li>Support the resolution of customer issues and complaints under supervision </li>
<li>Help follow up on orders and shipments </li>
<li>Assist with basic e-commerce platform functions including updating product listings, inventory checks and updates </li>
<li>Prepare simple documents such as invoices </li>
<li>Support team members in campaign preparations, campaign reports and administrative tasks </li>
<li>Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required</li>
</ul>

"What are the working hours?" Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), and during peak event days (eg. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, Payday, etc.)
