"What would my job scope be?"

As an E-Commerce Intern with Corvan, you will support the e-commerce team in day-to-day operations, assist with customer service, and learn how online business works from the inside out.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing outstanding customer service by responding to sales enquiries mainly through chat and email, and phone calls when needed
  
• Support the resolution of customer issues and complaints under supervision
  
• Help follow up on orders and shipments
  
• Assist with basic e-commerce platform functions including updating product listings, inventory checks and updates
  
• Prepare simple documents such as invoices
  
• Support team members in campaign preparations, campaign reports and administrative tasks
  
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required

"What are the working hours?"
Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), and during peak event days (eg. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, Payday, etc.)

Job Requirements

 "What are the requirements to apply?"

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  
• Experience in customer service / online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) is a plus
  
• Good command of spoken and written English
  
• Responsive to messages (chats, email, WhatsApp, calls) during working hours
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and willing to learn e-commerce tools and processes
  
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  
• Able to assist during big campaign periods (e.g. 1/1, 2/2, 3/3, Payday sales, etc.) if needed
