 Key Responsibilities 

Process Orders: Manage and print order details from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

Coordinate Fulfillment: Provide accurate order information to picking and packing teams, contributing to efficient order processing.

Support Customers: Handle inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Manage Administration: Take charge of various paperwork and documentation, keeping operations organized and compliant.

Assist During Peak Periods: Be a key team player during high-volume times, ensuring timely order dispatch and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Adapt to Flexible Schedules: Maintains a flexible schedule to support Saturday operational rotations, ensuring consistent team coverage and success.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Candidates with SPM/STPM or equivalent qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication with customers and team members. Additional languages are beneficial for serving a diverse customer base.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms to navigate daily tasks efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
• Adaptable: Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends when necessary, to support operational needs.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Experience with AutoCount or similar ERP/accounting software preferred
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer service
  • Availability: Able to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Rotational flexibility
