🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior / Operations Executive, you’ll play a vital role in powering a government-backed pension fund platform that helps individuals invest for a better future. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing daily pension ops: contributions, withdrawals, payments & terminations
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational accuracy
• Investigating transaction anomalies and implementing root cause solutions
• Supporting system enhancements and UAT testing
• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and regional counterparts (including Hong Kong)
• Maintaining pristine audit-ready documentation
• Jumping into exciting ad-hoc projects that help us level up 🚀
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or related field
• 0–3 years of experience (yes, fresh grads are welcome!)
• Proficiency in English + basic reading in Mandarin/Cantonese
• Sharp attention to detail + analytical thinking
• A positive attitude toward KPIs, multitasking, and collaboration
• Flexibility to work Malaysia public holidays (HK-aligned calendar) and shift-based hours
