<li>Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews for audit and non-audit positions.</li>
<li>Policy &amp; Discipline Oversight: Act as the on-site representative for the HR department. Monitor staff attendance, adherence to office rules, and compliance with company HR policies (dress code, work hours, etc).</li>
<li>Initial HR Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, feedback, or minor disputes, escalating complex issues to the main HR department promptly.</li>
<li>Record Keeping: Maintain and update all employee records, attendance logs, and leave applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted to the main HR office.</li>
<li>Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth integration of new hires including preparing workstations and ensuring all necessary initial paperwork is completed.</li>
<li>Performance Tracking: Assist the Audit Manager and main HR in tracking staff performance and gathering relevant feedback.&nbsp;</li>

2. Personal Assistant to Audit Manager

<li>Handle confidential information and communication on behalf of the Audit Manager when required.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking audit job progress, deadlines, and team coordination.</li>
<li>Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and document preparation.</li>
<li>Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Audit Manager or Management</li>
