Job Description

  1. Human Resources Support & Staff Monitoring
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews for audit and non-audit positions.
  • Policy & Discipline Oversight: Act as the on-site representative for the HR department. Monitor staff attendance, adherence to office rules, and compliance with company HR policies (dress code, work hours, etc).
  • Initial HR Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, feedback, or minor disputes, escalating complex issues to the main HR department promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update all employee records, attendance logs, and leave applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted to the main HR office.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth integration of new hires including preparing workstations and ensuring all necessary initial paperwork is completed.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist the Audit Manager and main HR in tracking staff performance and gathering relevant feedback. 

2. Personal Assistant to Audit Manager

  • Handle confidential information and communication on behalf of the Audit Manager when required.
  • Assist in tracking audit job progress, deadlines, and team coordination.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Audit Manager or Management

Job Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. 
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR software/tools. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
  • Strong proficiency (written and spoken) in Mandarin/Chinese is a significant advantage, as the role requires active communication and liaison with key Chinese-speaking clients.
