We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, Technical Teams, Account Managers, vendors, partners, and customers to ensure projects are tracked, documented, and delivered smoothly from initiation through handover.
&nbsp;&nbsp;KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;
● Coordinate and track project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
● Liaise with customers, vendors, partners, contractors, and internal technical teams.
● Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and trackers.
● Coordinate equipment delivery, site activities, installation, testing, and handover.
● Support RFQ/RFP/tender documentation and general project administration.
● Follow up on outstanding tasks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and properly documented.&nbsp;

• Coordinate schedules, trackers, equipment delivery, site installs, testing, handover and docs.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects while liaising with vendors, partners and customers.
• Own end-to-end delivery and gain strong PM/technical exposure!

• Koordinasi, jejak dan dokumentasikan penghantaran, pemasangan, ujian serta serah-hantar projek.  
• Bekerja pada projek infrastruktur IT dengan pasukan, vendor dan pelanggan.
