Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.</span> </p> </div> </div> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> <p> <span id="MainContent_txtJD">Mission/Purpose of the position:<br></span></p><p>1.To ensure the Group’s business activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards governing the operations of a Credit Reporting Agency in Malaysia.</p>2.To promote a culture of compliance, effectively mitigate regulatory risks, and uphold the Group's integrity and reputation.<br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li><b>Regulatory Compliance</b>: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act, Section 17A, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act, ISO 27001 requirements, and any additional laws and/or guidelines imposed by the Regulators.</li><li><b>Group-Level Compliance Support</b>: Provide support to the group’s compliance functions and standardization of compliance policies across the group entities.</li><li><b>Governance</b>: Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Provide value-added recommendations to address internal control weaknesses, ensuring all identified issues are monitored and remediated promptly.</li><li><b>Audit, Monitoring &amp; Reporting</b>: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure regulatory and internal audit compliance, facilitate timely rectification of findings, and manage follow-ups.
