<li>Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.</li>
<li>Support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.</li>

<li>Manage HR documentation for audits, payroll, insurance, and internal systems.  </li>
