Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee records.
• Foster a healthy, transparent, and productive working environment.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between management and employees, handling issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Lead employee engagement, culture-building, and team welfare initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.
• Coordinate training, upskilling, and employee development programs.
• Manage HR documentation for audits, payroll, insurance, and internal systems.



Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant HR experience; experience in startups or creative industries is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple HR functions independently.
• Versatile and adaptable in a dynamic, growing company environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• HR certification (CHRM, SHRM, MIHRM) is advantageous but not required.
