Job Description

• Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and specific topics and provide summarized findings or reports to assist in strategic decision-making for the management team.
• Preparing meeting materials, such as agendas, presentations, and reports. Attend meetings alongside the senior manager, take meeting minutes, and help with follow-up actions and documentation. 
• Facilitate effective communication between senior manager and internal/ external stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Support the senior manager in coordinating various projects, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
• Assist the senior manager in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
• No experience is needed as long as you are willing to learn and shadow a senior manager for day-to-day tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerBI, Google Applications and other analytical tools.
• Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to takes initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional documents and correspondence.
