 About the role

Join CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd' as a Compliance Officer based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies within the Banking & Financial Services industry. 

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring and reporting on compliance activities to identify and address any potential issues or risks
2. Conducting audits and investigations to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and procedures
3. Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance programs
5. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices
6. Documenting and reporting on compliance activities to management and regulatory bodies

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services industry OR
2. Open for internship or fresh graduates are welcome to apply (It will be 3 months contract)
3. Strong understanding of compliance regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the industry
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks
5. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently
6. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field such as law, finance or compliance
