From providing specialist moving solutions to crate hire, storage solutions and co-working services, the group has expanded successfully thanks to the wonderful talent we have in the business.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As part of our expansion in recent years, we have grown beyond England and established ourselves in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Vietnam. We will also be opening soon in other Asia Pacific countries.</p>

<p>Founded in 2003 in the UK, Cube Self Storage has grown quickly to become one of the UK leading storage solution companies. Recognising the huge demand for self storage services in Asia Pacific, Cube Self Storage Hong Kong was established in 2011 as a self storage and workplace storage solutions company, followed by Cube Self Storage Malaysia in 2018, and Cube Self Storage Vietnam in 2021.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In Malaysia, Cube Self Storage offers a large range of standard storage units with sizes from 12 square feet to 200+ square feet, business and warehouse space as well as bespoke units.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Growing quickly by benefitting from the vast experience of our management team, we recently provide one-stop storage solutions not just with our self storage services, but also with co-working solutions.</p>
<p>In the coming years, we anticipate expanding our presence in Malaysia with additional storage facilities.</p>

<li>Resolve customer issues: Inevitably, customers may encounter issues or challenges when using the self-storage facility. As our Customer Service Executive, your role is to help resolve these issues efficiently and effectively, which can lead to increased customer loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth: By engaging with customers and understanding their needs, you may identify opportunities to offer additional services or upsell existing customers. This can contribute to revenue growth for the business.</li>
