<h2>Job Summary</h2>
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end outgoing payment cycle. This includes verifying supplier invoices, processing staff claims, and ensuring all liabilities are recorded accurately within the accounting system.&nbsp;

<h2>Job Responsibilities:</h2>
Account Payables (AP) &amp; Cash Management:
<ul>
<li>Vendor &amp; Payment Processing: Verify, process, and reconcile vendor invoices, claims, and supplier payments accurately.</li>
<li>Banking Operations: Prepare and update the daily bank balance report and upload bulk transactions to the bank portal for payment processing.</li>
<li>Intercompany Payables: Perform intercompany AP reconciliation and match statements to ensure accuracy.</li>
</ul>
General Accounting &amp; Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Month-End Closing: Responsible for the monthly closing of both account receivables, payables, and bank-related modules.</li>
<li>System Integrity: Ensure all accounting records are properly updated, verified, and reconciled against system transactions in the accounting software.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with vendors, internal departments, and staff to resolve payment or collection discrepancies.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks and audits as required by management.</li>
</ul>
