We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable to support day-to-day financial operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build their accounting and finance career while working in a structured professional environment. The successful candidate will assist with invoice processing, supplier communications, payment tracking and general bookkeeping while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>process supplier invoices, bills and payment requests accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>verify invoice details, approvals and supporting documentation</li>
<li>maintain accurate financial records and accounts payable data</li>
<li>reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies</li>
<li>assist with payment scheduling and follow-up</li>
<li>support bookkeeping and general accounting administrative tasks</li>
<li>data entry into accounting system such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms</li>
<li>maintain organised digital and/ or physical records</li>
<li>communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding invoice or payment queries</li>
<li>assist with month-end reporting and finance administration as required</li>
