Job Description
- Brand.com Management & Strategy: Oversee daily website operations, ensure content and product accuracy, optimize user experience, plan and track promotional campaigns, and monitor key performance metrics to drive conversions and sales.
- Outright Sales Business Management: Manage the traditional sales model by forecasting inventory, ensuring competitive pricing, and overseeing the full order-to-delivery process to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Rental Business Management: Oversee rental operations, including contract management, asset tracking, recurring billing, and customer lifecycle communications to ensure smooth subscriptions and service delivery.
- Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Drive Brand.com traffic and engagement through digital marketing, content creation, and close collaboration with customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Financial & Reporting: Responsible for achieving revenue/GMV targets across outright sales and rental segments, and preparing performance reports to track sales, profitability, and rental fleet KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
