Contribute to new academic program development, supervise students, monito progress, and participate in academic administration, ensuring compliance with universi regulatory requirements.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Develop, review, update, prepare and implement high-quality lesson plans, tutorial assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum</li> <li>Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussions, workshops, consultancy and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the new academic programmes and provide ideas, suggestions, proposals, and recommendations to further improve the overall operational management and profitability of the institution.</li> <li>Supervise students and responsible for students’ academic progress</li> <li>Consistently monitor and provide feedback to students on their performance and to provide academic counselling to students</li> <li>Involved in the general academic administration of the faculty whenever required</li> <li>To fulfil administrative and supervisory roles associated with teaching, research, and innovation</li> <li>Participate in developing examination papers and other assessments according to the course learning outcomes, invigilate examinations, and evaluate students’ performance.</li> <li>To assist in the communication and administrative matters in accordance with the policies and regulatory requirements of the university and regulatory requirements by ruling authorities such as Higher Education (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)</li> <li>Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives;</li> <li>Attend to other tasks and assignments assigned by the Management.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Candidates must have at least a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Information Technology Have at least 3-5 years of teaching experience</li> <li>Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/66b2f33c63d5210008ad9266" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
