Vission & Mission

&nbsp;
1) Oversee products, customer and compliances quality activities at all plants
<ul>
<li>Monitor and control non-conformance output. Compile the reject report.</li>
<li>Monitor sorting and rework activities</li>
<li>Check on customer rejected and returned goods</li>
</ul>
2) Assist in document control for SOP and ISO management systems.
3) Assist internal audits and management reviews. Second coordinator on external audits.
4) Second coordinator for customer visits, meeting, gemba or audit related with products quality or company compliances.
5) Alert on quality issues associated from suppliers or products, report to HOD and coordinate immediate action to be taken. Lead root cause analysis for the issue and suggest countermeasures
6) Monitor supplier compliance report (RoHS &amp; REACH)
7) Checker on operational reports and report any suspected possible risk.
8) Verify and approve COA.
9) Assist for department internal task (get quotation, issue PR, stationary request form, etc.)
