The incumbent will support the DBS value capture process, manage the cost rolling forecast, and control for Danone Asia-Service Delivery Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This role is essential in monitoring and driving the organization's performance, focusing on cost, productivity, SLA, RSLA, and KPIs.Responsibilities :<ul><li>Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to Danone reporting system;</li><li>Make sure the successful and timely closing of DBS cost , P&amp;L and Cash Flow identify/push gap closing actions on time</li><li>Analyze actual cost vs rolling forecast in diff service lines and follow up with service lines for action plan.</li><li>Provide the clear analysis on rolling forecast and the risk and opportunity to Danone head quarter in regular financial review meeting</li><li>Maintain &amp; improve relevant allocation rules for cross-charging the costs to the corresponding parties including Danone head quarter and maintain the profitability level according to tax compliance requirement</li><li>Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs.</li><li>Supporting DBS SLA, RSLA and Integration Charter process</li><li>Coordinate with service line for KPI design and KPI target aligned with global strategy</li><li>Support on KPI automaton project on data logic design, UAT and follow up</li><li>Consolidate and animate the IBS KPIs with details analysis and push service line for improvement plan</li><li>Coordinate and support DBS document review and update (Policy, SOP, WI) for DBS service line</li></ul> </div>
