We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team.

&nbsp;Financial Management &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Provide management with timely cost and margin analysis whenever required.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor key financial KPIs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure proper inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.</li>
</ul>
Budgeting, Forecasting &amp; Cost Control
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts in collaboration with production and procurement teams.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;• Support pricing strategies and product profitability analysis.
Accounting Operations
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Oversees finance operations: accounts payable/receivable, GL and inventory accounting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, tax regulations, and audit standards.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Strengthen internal controls related to inventory management, purchasing, and cash handling.</li>
</ul>
Compliance, Tax &amp; Audit
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate external audits, internal audits, and stock counts.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement and review internal controls to prevent fraud, misappropriation, and financial loss.</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Lead and mentor the finance team to strengthen analytical and operational finance skills.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems, ERP integration, and data accuracy.</li>
</ul>
