Job Description

  Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation: Actively research upcoming exhibitions (local and international) and identify potential exhibitors who require custom design-and-build services.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to Marketing Managers and Event Planners via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to introduce our services.
  • Consultative Selling: Meet with clients to understand their brand goals, space requirements, and budget for upcoming trade shows or corporate events.
  • Briefing & Design Collaboration: Clearly communicate client requirements to our 3D Designers. You will play a key role in brainstorming creative "wow-factor" ideas for the booth.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Prepare professional quotations and present design proposals to clients. Manage the negotiation process and handle any design revisions.
  • Closing & Project Handover: Close the sale and ensure a smooth handover to the production/project team. You will remain the point of contact to ensure the client is satisfied during the event setup.

  • Strong Ownership: You take pride in your work. When you commit to a client, you follow through from the first sketch to the final setup on the exhibition floor.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable speaking to a CEO in a boardroom one morning and coordinating with contractors on a noisy construction site at midnight.
  • Professional Fluency: Excellent command of English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage for communication with our production partners and specific trade sectors.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various event venues (KLCC, MITEC, WTC, etc.) for site visits and client meetings.
