Work you will do

In the Human Capital as A Service offering, we strive to deliver excellent support services to our clients in the SEA region. Our goal is to assist them in overcoming challenges, enhancing Human Capital service performance, and achieving superior business results. We offer a flexible structure that enables businesses to optimize application management services and deliver Human Capital capabilities as a service, aligning with their business objectives. We are seeking vibrant, creative, flexible, and driven team members to join us in building and expanding our KL Center together. You will:

  • Respond to and resolve technical inquiries and issues related to the Human Capital platform.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance platform efficiency.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Responsible for managing escalation of aging tickets or any arising issues.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of SuccessFactors/Workday and related technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What we are looking for

 

  • Fresh graduate with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Human Resource or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyses complex issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks are essential.
  • Flexibility in adopting new solutions or applications is necessary to ensure successful integration and support for the business.
  • Able to work according to the clients' business workdays and office hours, including on a rotational basis to support any critical or high-priority requests outside of the clients’ regular business hours.
