Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented People & Culture Executive with foundational experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment—gained through either full-time work or hands-on internship experience. This role blends recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and HR operations. If you enjoy creating meaningful candidate and employee experiences, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the People & Culture field.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

  • Conduct pre-screening calls, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.

  • Extend offers, support negotiations, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain and update talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

2) Employer Branding, Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and set up the onboarding week schedule to ensure new hires have a smooth and engaging start.

  • Coordinate induction activities and employee experience touchpoints throughout their first week.

  • Serve as the key contact for new joiners, ensuring they are well-equipped with essential information and resources.

  • Support and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence in the talent market.

  • Participate in career fairs, university outreach, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns, social media content, and branding materials.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and past candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.

3) HR Operations & Administration

  • Support general HR administrations as a backup person, including preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and managing documentation.

  • HR Operations - Process office access applications and assist with other HR-related logistical tasks.

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other ad-hoc HR or administrative projects within the People & Culture team.


Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment OR HR Executive

  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • A proactive, resourceful team player with a genuine passion for people, culture, and employer branding.
