Job Description

Assisting in performing accounting/finance operational duty such as preparation of journals and reconciliation of general ledger to support monthly ledger closing and reporting schedules- Candidate will assist in accruing intercompany expenses, cost allocation to inter-companies, performing reclassification based on the nature of the transactions, reconciling inter-companies AR and AP and making sure that inter-companies subledger tally to general ledger.

Assist in AP e-invoicing - preparation of e-invoice template for invoices received from foreign vendors.

Filling in billing request form for interfirm billing.

Assist in clearing inter-companies’ transaction within Malaysia.

Ensuring intrafirm AP and AR balance – invoices have been paid/cleared and accounted for.

WIP expenses extraction for engagement team.

Verification of physical record of staff claims before checking off in the system.

Assist in account payables team with AP work and treasury matters as and when required.

Other ad hoc requests.
