Job Description
Responsible for functional support in GTS E4H and integration with other non-SAP applications.
Provide end user support and training and assist users to efficiently utilize GTS E4H functionalities including Fiori apps
resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with business owner and system architect to gather business requirements, design solutions and implement them by coordinating with the technical team.
Conduct and facilitate cross-functional and integration testing to ensure a successful implementation.
Monitor operational processes and provide system improvements and ongoing operational support.
Compile and update documentation on system solutions, operational procedures, etc.
