Job Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, mid-level, and critical roles.
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
   
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
   
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
   
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
   
• Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
   
• Oversee onboarding process and ensure smooth candidate experience.
   
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, metrics, and ATS records.
   
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters.
   
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
   
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/specialist role.
   
• Strong experience in mass hiring, head hunting, and technical recruitment (if applicable).
   
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
   
• Proficient in recruitment systems, job portals, and social hiring.
   
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
