Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets. 
• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and offline) to promote events, awards, and media initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful marketing content and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to expand client base.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and campaign performance analysis.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (experience in media, advertising, or events industry is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
