EVENTS &amp; PROMOTIONS

<li>Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions</li>
<li>Assist to secure sponsorships and collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns</li>
<li>Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals</li>
<li>Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers or suppliers</li>
<li>Provide input into overall event strategy, planning and delivery process</li>
<li>Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event related administrative records are kept up-to-date</li>
