Job Description
EVENTS & PROMOTIONS
- Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions
- Assist to secure sponsorships and collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns
- Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals
- Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events
- Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers or suppliers
- Provide input into overall event strategy, planning and delivery process
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event related administrative records are kept up-to-date
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the retail industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment
- Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
