Job Description
- Manage social media accounts: create content, schedule posts, and engage with followers to build brand presence.
- Assist in planning and organizing events
- Provide marketing support to sales, such as preparing promotional materials, coordinating with team on campaigns, and supporting lead generation efforts.
- Support content creation across social media platforms
- Help track marketing and event performance gather feedback, monitor engagement, and report results.
- Communicate with team to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
- Help with basic sales support when needed, follow-up with leads, assist in customer communication, or support marketing-to-sales handover.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, events, or social media management.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with vendors, team members, and clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Creative mindset with willingness to help with both online marketing and offline events.
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g. MS Word, Excel); familiarity with design or content tools is a plus.
