About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR &amp; Admin Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in an independent role, capable of managing both human resources and administrative functions with minimal supervision. You will play a key part in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

<li>Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes independently.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.</li>
<li>Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely compensation for employees.</li>
<li>Review and verify staff claims to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance with company policies.</li>
</ul>
Administration
<ul>
<li>Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, contracts, and company documentation.</li>
<li>Provide executive-level support including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.</li>
