About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in an independent role, capable of managing both human resources and administrative functions with minimal supervision. You will play a key part in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes independently.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely compensation for employees.
  • Review and verify staff claims to ensure proper reimbursement and compliance with company policies.

Administration

  • Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and company documentation.
  • Provide executive-level support including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and official engagements.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders as required.

Job Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline will also be considered.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and administration, with proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite
