Job Description

Responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
3. Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback cycles, and improvement plans.
4. Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and comply with local labour laws.
5. Support compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
6. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
7. Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
    

KPI/SuccessMetrics

1. Time-to-fill and quality of hires.
2. Employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
3. Accuracy and compliance of HR processes and documentation.
4. Effective resolution of employee relations cases.
5. Timely and insightful HR reporting.
   
   

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
3. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5.  Preferably from a creative agency background.
