Acts as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.</li>
<li>Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback cycles, and improvement plans.</li>
<li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and comply with local labour laws.</li>
<li>Support compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.</li>
<li>Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.</li>
