We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to oversee and grow FirstClasse’s social media presence across all key platforms. You will play a pivotal role in amplifying our editorial content, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving audience engagement while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity, and luxury positioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with the editorial, commercial, and marketing strategies.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (copy, images, videos, Reels, Stories, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the editorial and creative teams to translate stories into engaging social content
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.) using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and luxury lifestyle conversations to keep FirstClasse ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media coverage for events, interviews, photoshoots, and launches.
  • Support paid social campaigns and influencer/brand collaborations.
  • Engage meaningfully with our audience through timely responses, reposts, and community management.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and social media best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for crafting compelling captions and visual narratives.
  • Familiar with content planning tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later) and analytics dashboards.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics and a passion for digital culture.
  • Knowledge in basic social media design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and short-form video editing.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced media environment.
