<p>You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for our clients in a digital sphere. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker &amp; planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and highly accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing (Media Buys) &amp; social media management (Understanding of digital eco-system is a must.)</li>
<li>Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day project elements, and work closely with internal teams (eg: creative, digital marketing) to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur.</li>
<li>Project manage to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns (including accurate communications with clients expectations, keeping track of the quality standards of work produced &amp; meeting timelines) for a variety of the agency's clients.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed.</li>
<li>Attend client meetings as their consultant and partner as needed.</li>
<li>Report to Operations Lead, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports.</li>
</ul>
