<p>We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Symphony. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent across multiple departments including Creative, Performance Marketing, Tech, and Operations.</p>
<p>In this role, you are required to be structured, people-oriented, and highly accountable to ensure the successful hiring of candidates who align with our performance standards and company culture.<br></p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job briefing to offer stage, across multiple departments within the agency.</li>
<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.</li>
<li>Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).</li>
<li>Proactively source, shortlist, and conduct structured pre-screening interviews to assess both technical capability and cultural fit.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Provide hiring recommendations and candidate summaries to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage candidate communications professionally, including rejections, withdrawals, and offer discussions.</li>
<li>Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Track recruitment progress, maintain organized documentation (e.g., ClickUp, trackers), and provide regular hiring updates to management.</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives, including university collaborations and internship hiring pipelines.</li>
<li>Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.</li>
