Job Description

In-House Recruiter

We’re looking for an In-House Recruiter who can drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Symphony. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent across multiple departments including Creative, Performance Marketing, Tech, and Operations.

In this role, you are required to be structured, people-oriented, and highly accountable to ensure the successful hiring of candidates who align with our performance standards and company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job briefing to offer stage, across multiple departments within the agency.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
  • Proactively source, shortlist, and conduct structured pre-screening interviews to assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Provide hiring recommendations and candidate summaries to stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communications professionally, including rejections, withdrawals, and offer discussions.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment progress, maintain organized documentation (e.g., ClickUp, trackers), and provide regular hiring updates to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including university collaborations and internship hiring pipelines.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency hiring.
  • Experience hiring for digital marketing, creative, or tech roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability beyond resume screening.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Good judgment, high ownership mindset, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
  • Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
