Salary in SGD: $2,000-$2,400
We are hiring BIM Modellers to support project teams in Singapore, with opportunities to work alongside main contractors and construction clients. This role starts with a 2 months virtual training program to build your technical BIM skills, followed by full-time employment in Singapore.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Preparing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings from design through to as-built
- Supporting coordination tasks including clash detection and compliance with BIM standards
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliverables

Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital construction workflows
- Committed to completing the 2-month virtual training program
- Open to relocating and working in Singapore after training
- Open for deployment to support main contractor and construction clients
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and a team player
