Description:&nbsp; Job Summary Manage daily operations, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate co-packing/marketing activities, monitor inventory, and track KPIs.&nbsp; &nbsp; Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Ensure that quality objectives and KPIs of the department are achieved.</li> <li>Responsible for the smooth running of daily operations and fulfilment of client requirements/expectations agreed upon for clients assigned to self and team.</li> <li>Liaise with Marketing/Trade Marketing/Client teams on co-packing activities, raise subcon PO timely and monitor/manage POS Material inventory store in the warehouse to avoid insufficient POS material for co-packing jobs.</li> <li>Work closely with Marketing/Trade Marketing/Client teams on monthly Branch Transfer and raise STO PO timely.</li> <li>Coordinate with Marketing/Trade Marketing teams and raise documents for the update/creation of material master, pricing/bonus, product hierarchy and Master Labelling List.</li> <li>Build and maintain good business relationship with internal teams and assigned client teams.</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for matters related to daily operations.</li> <li>Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in service level agreements and share in monthly S&amp;OP meeting conducted with clients.</li> <li>Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.</li> </ul> &nbsp; Job Requirements <ul> <li>Degree in any relevant fields.</li> <li>Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Demoonstrate basic client management skills.</li> <li>Able to work under pressure/ pace environment.</li> <li>Analytical and quantitative skills.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.</li> <li>Good fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.</li> </ul>
