Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;

1.Outlet Performance Oversight:&nbsp;

<li>Execute initiatives and strategies as directed by management to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain service quality and operational consistency.&nbsp;</li>

2.Sales &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Analyze outlet sales performance and provide actionable insights to meet revenue targets.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, sales trends, and key metrics for senior management.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3.Crisis Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues or emergencies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and execute contingency plans to address crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.&nbsp;</li>

Team Leadership&nbsp;
1.Staff Management:&nbsp;
