Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Operational Management&nbsp;
1.Outlet Performance Oversight:&nbsp;

<li>Execute initiatives and strategies as directed by management to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. </li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain service quality and operational consistency. </li>

2.Sales &amp; Reporting:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Analyze outlet sales performance and provide actionable insights to meet revenue targets. </li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, sales trends, and key metrics for senior management. </li>
</ul>
3.Crisis Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues or emergencies. </li>
<li>Develop and execute contingency plans to address crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. </li>
</ul>
Team Leadership&nbsp;
1.Staff Management:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage diverse teams, fostering a close-knit bond while maintaining professional boundaries. </li>
<li>Promote a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance. </li>
<li>Handle employee relations on the job, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication. </li>

2.Cross Functional Collaboration&nbsp;
