We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to join dobiQueen and play a key role in shaping our brand presence, driving customer engagement and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the brand guardian for dobiQueen, ensuring consistent brand messaging and governance across all offline and online channel
• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales, working closely with the sales and operations teams
• Lead the marketing efforts for new retail outlet launches, including promotions, activities and events to generate awareness and interest, bringing in sales
• Monitor and analyse the performance of existing retail outlets and online services, developing targeted campaigns to boost performance where needed
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, understand customer needs and enhance brand positioning
• Design and execute customer surveys to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to maximise collaboration on marketing initiatives
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with objectives, KPIs and budget and, make data-driven optimisations.
• Represent the company in all dealings with the marketing agency, contributing creative ideas and ensuring brand consistency.
• Oversee and manage brand assets in partnership with the agency to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and manage marketing budgets while ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required.

• Minimum Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
• A background in digital and traditional marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign management, brand strategy, and retail marketing.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, able to track performance, and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Good understanding of market research techniques and requirements
• Stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to generate and execute fresh marketing ideas while staying aligned with business goals. Knowledge of best marketing practices
• Proactive and resourceful, takes initiative, solves problems and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing software.
• Excellent writing, communication and people skills, fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative and commercial awareness.
• Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required.
• Willing to travel, when required.
