Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain company's digital presence
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
  • Create and manage content for company’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in company’s marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic design skills with the ability to create simple marketing visuals or content independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and creative in solving marketing challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with good attention to detail.
  • Experience in media monitoring, PR activities, or competitor analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer), Bahasa Malaysia & English.
