<li>To perform a medical assessment to gather relevant information, maintain and organize all assessment results and records, and other data.</li>
<li>To assist with scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and coordinating treatment plans and follow up all cases.</li>
<li>To monitor and maintain centre, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all are tidy, clean, sterile, and in good working condition pre-and post-treatment.</li>
<li>To maintain accurate and up-to-date client database and records, including payment details, medical history, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of procedures performed via CMS.</li>
<li>To build a good rapport with clients and ensure positive client experience by providing excellent customer service and personalized care. </li>
<li>To address client's concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>To follow Centre policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.</li>
