Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) are preferred.</li> <li>At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits role, preferably in a large organization or multinational company.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of compensation program design, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation practices.</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to drive informed decision-making.</li> <li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.</li> <li>High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.</li> <li>Work location can be based in Klang or Bangi.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
