Our Mission

Responsibilities:

<li>Manage the day-to-day invoice processing of Account Payable (AP) including receiving, reviewing and procession of invoices from vendors.</li>
<li>Review petty cash claim and monitor petty cash usage.</li>
<li>Review staff reimbursement processes accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Perform the day-to-day processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.</li>
<li>Responsible for AP and AR-related accounting, including bank account reconciliation and posting transaction recording.</li>
<li>Ensure all the financial documents are organized and archiving.</li>
<li>Assisting with the preparing of month-end closing account and financial statement.</li>
<li>Other tasks assigned by Team Leader.</li>
</ul>
